- Provide the Seller and Buyer with a copy of the Offer to Purchase
- Explain the Registration process to the Buyer and Seller
- Assist the Buyer with the Bond Application by means of our Bond Originators
- Track bond application and provide feedback
- Upon bond grant and acceptance notify the Attorneys to start the transfer process documentation
- Display "Sold" on the "For Sale" sign
- Monitor occupation date
- Arrange to cancel the Electricity and Water account on behalf of the Seller
- Arrange key handover
